Meet the team – Mark Parlato Trigona
At Oyster Real Estate, we are a small and dynamic team of experienced individuals who each have extensive knowledge in their own specific fields of real estate.
Mark Parlato Trigona brings a wealth of real estate experience to Oyster Real Estate, where he has joined the team as Certified Property Consultant. Prior to joining Oyster Real Estate, Mark had 12 years’ experience in the field. He completed the ‘Property Award for Estate Agents’ course and has been accredited at MQF Level 5.
“Real estate has to me always been as rewarding as it is challenging. I pride myself in excellent customer service and seek to distinguish myself with a thorough understanding of the local market trends, be it in residential or commercial sectors.”
Before the pandemic broke out which resulted in the disruption of the global economy, Mark was specializing in commercial real estate.
“This sector has seen major shifts with businesses transitioning from offices to remote working, with many vacating office spaces and outlets entirely due to the uncertainty. Nevertheless, I am hopeful that commercial activity will begin to regain confidence and I remain intent on servicing this sector of the industry.”
Mark brings a unique perspective to his clients and is passionate about providing a high-quality service and informed guidance at every touchpoint.
We asked Mark why he chose to join the Oyster team “Oyster appealed to me as a boutique brand with strategically positioned offices. The idea of joining a growing, exclusively positioned agency, with a small and dynamic team that focus more on co-operation rather than competition to achieve their goals is something I resonate with. The warm welcome our director, Miguel Bonello gave me when I approached him about the possibility of my joining the Oyster team, added much value to the equation.”
