The renovations have been implemented by internationally renowned company IRAL, who were inspired by the traditional character of Maltese architecture. The historic old Farsons Brewhouse, previously home to the brewing and bottling of many of Malta’s iconic beverages such as Kinnie and Cisk Beer has been carefully resorted and rehabilitated into a unique mixed-use development, including a visitors’ attraction, cafeteria, microbrewery, and brewpub.

Trident Park aims to reduce its carbon footprint as much as possible by implementing eco-friendly initiatives throughout the office campus. The development has been given a ‘BREEAM Award – Excellent Certification’ which is a world leading sustainability assessment method for buildings. The building is fitted with an innovative and environmentally efficient cooling system and high-performance thermal insulation which reduces the impact on the environment by up to 40% impact on the environment compared with traditional central cooling/heating systems.

Aimed towards decreasing the number of vehicles on our roads and allowing for the easing of traffic and parking problems, Trident Park has facilitated a Green Travel plan with the intention to reduce the carbon footprint.
